RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — STUDIO COLLECTIVE LLC Effective Date: June 8, 2026 Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SECTION 1 — OVERVIEW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Tell us your order number, which item(s) you want to return, and why. Step 2 — Receive authorization We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send anything back without this number — unauthorized returns will not be processed. Step 3 — Pack and ship Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address we provide in our return confirmation. Step 4 — Wait for processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved or declined. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SECTION 4 — WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Changed your mind? — You cover the return shipping cost. We made a mistake? — If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or something that does not match the listing, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Studio Collective LLC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SECTION 5 — REFUNDS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we complete the inspection (inspection typically takes 3–5 business days from receipt).
