SHIPPING POLICY — STUDIO COLLECTIVE LLC

At Studio Collective LLC, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working to expand our reach.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive two emails from us: the first confirms your order, and the second provides tracking details once your package is on its way.
During peak seasons or promotional events, please allow up to an additional 2 business days for processing. Should any unexpected delay arise, we will reach out to you directly.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMELINES
- Standard — Arrives in 5–8 business days after shipment
- Expedited — Arrives in 3–5 business days after shipment
- Express — Arrives in 1–2 business days after shipment
Please note: delivery timelines are counted from the date your order ships, not from the date you placed it. Rates are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select. All costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Orders of $75.00 or more shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. This discount is applied automatically — no promo code needed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Most tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours. If your tracking number does not update right away, please give it a little time before reaching out.
OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your chosen shipping method and delivery address.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Studio Collective LLC cannot be held liable for packages sent to addresses that were entered incorrectly.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.
P.O. BOX & MILITARY ADDRESSES
We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses through USPS. However, expedited and express options may not be available for these locations.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED?
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to you. Studio Collective LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
That said, we want to make things right whenever possible:
- Lost package? Contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Damaged on arrival? Save all packaging and send us photos immediately so we can file a carrier claim and work toward a resolution.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Some delays are beyond our control. Weather events, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, peak holiday volumes, and regulatory inspections may all affect delivery timelines. We will keep you informed if your order is impacted.
